Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy – Axiora

1. Overview
Axiora is built with privacy by design. We operate as a decentralized, non-custodial protocol. We do not require identity verification (no KYC), we do not request personal documents, and we do not custody your funds or private keys. This Policy explains what information is and is not processed when you use our interface and smart contracts.

2. No Personal Data Collection
We do not collect your name, email, postal address, government ID, selfies, IP, or banking information. Access to the Platform is based on connecting a wallet that you control. You may disconnect your wallet at any time, and you may use different wallets without creating a platform “account.”

3. Public Blockchain Data
Transactions you authorize are recorded on public blockchains. On-chain data (wallet addresses, token amounts, timestamps, contract interactions) is inherently public, replicated globally, and cannot be altered or deleted by Axiora. While we do not link wallets to real-world identities, third parties may analyze public data and draw inferences. You should transact with an understanding of blockchain transparency.

4. Technical and Telemetry Information
Our front-end may process limited technical information to deliver functionality and defend against abuse. Examples include device and browser type, operating system, approximate geolocation derived from IP at a high level for abuse mitigation, language preference, time zone, and interface events (e.g., which pages were loaded). We may use local storage or cookies to remember settings and improve UX. Where feasible, we aim to store only what is necessary and to avoid direct identifiers.

5. Analytics and Anti-Abuse
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g., number of visits, latency, error rates) and to detect malicious patterns (e.g., botnets or DDoS). Such data is processed to operate, safeguard, and improve the interface. We do not sell user data and do not build advertising profiles.

6. Liquidity Routing and Third Parties
When the Platform seeks best execution, trades may route through external decentralized exchanges or aggregators. Your interactions with those protocols occur directly on-chain and are governed by their code and policies. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their practices.

7. Data Retention
We do not maintain centralized user profiles. Interface logs, if retained for security and reliability, are kept only for the minimal period necessary and are then deleted or anonymized. On-chain records are permanent and outside our control.

8. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect the interface (e.g., rate limiting, integrity checks). However, the nature of the internet and smart contracts means no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, devices, and for verifying contract addresses before interacting.

9. International Considerations; User Rights
Because we do not collect traditional personal data, rights such as access, rectification, portability, or deletion (GDPR/CCPA) generally do not apply to us in the typical way. You control your wallet and on-chain activity. If you believe limited telemetry has been collected in error, you may contact us to request clarification or deletion where technically feasible.

10. Children
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect technical, legal, or operational changes. Updates take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
